As part of our ‘healthy bodies’ topic, I would like P1 this week to make an extra special effort to have healthy options for snack or in their packed lunches if possible. It could be a piece of fruit, a fruity yoghurt, a packet of raisins or a cereal bar – ditch the crisps, chocolate and sugary drinks, opt for water and let’s see if we can manage to meet our ‘five a day’ targets!
